Community Plan to End Homelessness
The Community Plan to End Homelessness is a three-year strategic plan to guide the broad system of care in responding to and reducing homelessness.
We work with dozens of community partners across the area to support our collective mission of alleviating homelessness.
Our organization funds service providers all over the region, getting them the resources they need to help those facing home insecurity in our community.
